(Received Dec. 3, at 5.5 p.m.) Arising out of the arrest of the anarchists who were suspected of a plot to kill General Primo de Rivera, the police allege that the plot was part of a huge international scheme under which Signor Mussolini was marked out for assassination. —A. and N.Z.
