THE PLUNKET CARNIVAL.
The winning baby in the recent Plunket carnival (Baby Ireland) is to be presented with a drinking cup to-morrow afternoon. The presentation is to be made in the Borough Council Chamber by his Worship the Mayor (Mr J. M’Diarmid).
