SPANISH PLOTTERS
THE PARISIAN ARRESTS. s PLANS CAREFULLY LAID. (Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) PARIS, November 3. The Petit Parisian says that the leaders of the Spanish revolutionary plot had gathered 400 supporters and had collected arms in Paris. It suggests that the plot may be connected with the discovery two monhs ago of a plan to carry off the Notre Dame’s treasures for the purpose of raising funds to overthrow Signor Mussolini or General de' Rivera.—A. and N.Z. Cable. IMPORTANT ARREST IN ROME. ROME, November 2. The latest arrest in the Spanish plot is that of Borrpmeo Roche, who is believed to be the Separatist ringleader.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
