A. J.C. SPRING MEETING. TRAINING GALLQPS AT RANDWICK. (Tress Association—‘By Telegraph—Copyright.) SYDNEY, September 28. (Received Sept. 28, at 6.5 p.m.) For the semi-final gallops at Randwick on the course proper the flags were 55H out. The going was good. ■ Valicare, without effort, did seven furlongs in Imin 28sec. Spearfelt. very lightly shod, defeated Mountain Prince by two lengths, Devonshire by three lengths, ana Elytiid by over 10 lengths in 2mm lO^sec. Limerick beat Count Cavour easily oyer eight furlongs in Imin 41isec, and pulled up well. Pantheon led Rampion and Vitality over 10 furlongs in 2mm llisec. Imperial -Spark did four furlongs m 50seo attractively. Bravado beat over seVen furlongs in Imin 30seo. Amounis did six furlongs comfortably in Imin 19isec. On the tan track the going was fast. Windbag, assisted by Whizbro and another, did nine furlongs in Imin 554 sec. The last mile took Imin 40sec—an excellent gallop. The Hawk went well over seven furlongs in Imin Star Stranger was too good for Rapine oyer 10 furlongs, which were covered in 2min 9^sec —good performance. , Mr G. D. Greenwood’s two-year-olds, Eulalie and Agrion, were sent in company with Valicare’s brother Avaunt Courier, Robe d’Or, and Rosso for a trial out of tho barrier. Avaunt Courier showed the most pace, covering four furlongs in 49scc. Agrion and Eulalie ran the first three furlongs in 38sec, and were then eased up. Both wore bandages on their forelegs. One of Eulalie’s bandages became unfastened during the gallop and obviously interfered with the trial.
