CLARINDA WINS CHIEF EVENT. (Peb United Press Association.) NAPIER, September 24. The Napier Park spring meeting was opened to-day in beautful weather. The course was in splendid order, but the attendance •ms only fair. The totalisator handled £10.540, compared with £12,451 last year, when the meeting was confined to one day.
