A handsome album of New Zealand photographs and line and wash drawings has been prepared under the direction of the Government Publicity Office for presentation to the Royal Colonial Institute for competition among the children of the primary schools in the United Kingdom (states the Wellington Evening Post). Set in a panel opposite a likeness in colours of the Prime Minister is the following message by Mr Coates to (ho school children of the United Kingdom “In presenting this album for competition among the schools of the United Kingdom, it is hoped that it will serve as a means of drawing still closer together the children of our great Empire, and also help to make those at Home better acquainted with the attraction of Britain’s most distant Dominion. Proud of our British origin and traditions we feel that New Zealand will fully justify the title* bestowed upon her as the ‘Brighter Dominion of the f-oiith.'
