GOOD TRICE TOR RULE. (Peb United Press Association.) HAMILTON, September 23. Sent from America solely for sale, a blue blooded young Jersey bull realised 300 gs at the national Jersey sale conducted by Messrs Wright, Stephenson, and Co. The purchaser was a Waikato breeder, Mr Fred. Phillips, of Otorohanga A locally-bred bull was awarded Messrs Wright. Stephenson, and Co.’s cup for show champion, and before the sale, on account of Mr F. J. Ryburr, of Ohaupo, it was sold to Mr J. Pettigrew, of Pihamn. Taranaki, for 217 gs. The offerings of bulls on behalf of other breeders averaged; Mr H. Sal way (Bell Block), 57*gs: Mr T. Church (Terapa), SOgs; Mr A. E. Watkin (Takaninil. 40gs; Mr W. Miers (Hamilton), 44gs. The top price for heifers was 107 gs, paid by Mr IV. Saxby ( Cambridge) for a youngster offered by Mrs B. Donald (Wo.-dinero).
