INSURANCE RATES
REDUCTION ANNOUNCED. NEW SOUTH WALES STATE OFFICE. (Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) SYDNEY, September 16. The manager of the State Insurance Office announces a general reduction by one-third in the insurance rates, to take effect from October 1. Further reductions will bo considered after December next.
