(Received July 7, at 10 p.m.) The Cologne correspondent of The Times reports that a ship laden with wine capsized. Tire crew were rescued. Barrels of wine were washed ashore and a numher of the inhabitants partook so copiously that four died and 13 were taken to hospital unconscious.—The Times.
