REPATRIATION OF CAPITAL, DETAILS OF NEW MEASURE. (Prea* Association —By Telegraph—Copyright.) PARIS, May 30 In order to secure the repatriation of French capital, the Government proposes to enforce an arrangement whereby capita] amassed by Frenchmen in foreign currencies outside France must be entered in a special account at the Bank of France, and may not be used until it is wholly repatriated.—Reuter.
