ABD-EL KRIM IN FLIGHT. PEACE NEGOTIATIONS WITH TRIBES. (Press Associaton—By Telegraph—Copyright.) PARIS, May 2.5 The Prime Minister announces that Abd-el Krim is fleeing, and no longer represents anyone. M. Briand said that a suspension of operations would retard peace. Henceforth France would negotiate only with the tribes. Cabinet decided that Abd-el Krim’s letter did not justify the discontinuance of the offensive. —Reuter.
