The Management Committee of the Auckland Football Association has received a letter fro mht eNlacnif wshr shrdeni shre letter from the New Zealand Council suggesting June 26 as the date of the first contest for the English Football Association’s trophy to be played between Auckland and Wellington at Wellington. The committee decided that July 3 or July 10 would be more suitable dates for Auckland. The rules governing the competition for the new trophy submitted from Wellington were unanimously approved, with one small alteration.
