TARANAKI OILFIELDS.

The Taranaki Oldfields (Ltd.) has decided on. the recommendation of the company s technical experts to discontinue drilling the To rat a well, which has reached 5000 ft, The employment of the rip and drilling crew elsewhere is now under consideration.
