(Received April 14, at 5.5 p.m.) The Soviet official newspaper Isvestia publishes an amazing official appeal to the workmen of the world to bestir themselves and annhilate the League of Nations which it says, is nothing but a coalition of brigands and oppressors which must be destroyed in order to free the proletariat from the burden of militarism and thwart the dismemberment of Europe by American capital.—A. and N.Z.
