The river is falling slightly, but the desert flood level is stationary. The ladies of the Royal Family have departed for the King’s estate, 100 miles north of Bagdad. King Feisul is temporarily living in the house of a Jewish merchant at Bagdacl. The damage caused bv the floods will probably be £2,000,000. —Reuter.
