ST. BATHANS GOLD MINING COMPANY. The secretary of the St. Bathans Gold Minins: Company has forwarded to us the following:— “The lead has now been proved to be worth 2oz and more per cubic yard for a length of approximately 1000 feet. The lead cannot be handled economically in the present wet condition of the country and advice has now been .taken of the best method of dealing with the water. After considering several suggestions the directors have decided that arrangements be made to sink 12in bores and pump from them.
