TRAFFIC RETURNS STILL HEAVY. Notwithstanding the fact that the number of long distance trains has been brought bach to normal, there is no appreciable decrease in the crowds travelling by the inward and outward expresses. Once again arrivals exceeded the departures, and out of 3350 passengers who passed through the Dunedin railway station yesterday, 1790 were inward passengers and 1560 outward, an excess of 230 in favour of the" former. The following are the latest returns as supplied by the Railways Department' INWARDS.
