MADMAN IN A CAFE
A DOG CUT IN TWO. LONDON, March 12. Diners were driven into a panic when a drunken Chinese, armed with a sword, entered a Paris cafe and slashed the tables and chairs. He severed a dog’s tail and then cut the animal in two. He was subsequently arrested.
