(Received March 12, at 5.5 p.m.) The Daily Mail states that a warrant has been issued again Viscount Torrington on a charge of stealing a mctor-car which he allegedly purchased on the hire system. —A. and N.Z. Cable. Viscount Torrington was acquitted in October last on a charge of offering a worthless cheque at a Nottingham bank. He married a Gaiety actress but was divorced in 1921. His bankruptcy in 1919 included a debt of £IO,OOO to his first wife.
