At an inquest touching the death of Harold Hamilton, who was found shot on his farm at Manutahi on Tuesday last, a, verdict of accidental death was returned. SLAUGHTERMAN INJURED. While killing a sheep at .Burnside yester day, a slaughterman named J. Knight, severely gashed one of his hands, necessitating attention at the out-patients’ department of ihe hospital. Knight is employed in the Refrigeraing Company’s works, where the accident happened.
