ECONOMY BILL INTRODUCED. (Preu Aiwxsiatloa— By Telegraph-Copyright. LONDON, March 10. The eagerly-awaited Economy Bill was introduced by Mr Churchill (Chancellor of the Exchequer) in the House of Commons. At present it does not indicate the extent of the savings anticipated, but the comprehensive preamble mentions provisions for reducing the charges on public funds and increasing the funds to meet such charges by an amendment of the law relating to health and unemployment insurance, the registration of electors, the bolding of elections, eduction, bankruptcy, the schemes for winding up of companies, and certain other fees and postmThe' Bill was read for a first time. —Reuter.
