The wool sales were concluded this afternoon. . , There was keen competition between Bradford and the Continent. America was demanding the beat of superfine crossbreds. France made keen bids for lambs’ wool. The official prices were:—Super merino, 19|d to 21|d; average fine halfbred, 14d to lfi|d; coarse halfbred, 13d to I4d;. superfine crossbred, 14Jd to 17d; average, 12Jd to lid; inferior, lOd to lljd; medium crossbred, super, 13id to 16Jd; average, lid to 13d; inferior, 9d to lOJd; coarse crossbred, super, 12id to 14Jd; average, 10|d to 12|d ; inferior, 74d to lOd; low crossbred, average, IOJd tc: UJd; medium hoggets, 104 dto 15Jd; low. 9d to lid; fine lambs, 13Jd to 16Jd; medium! lid to 14d; crossbred bellies and pieces, BJd to ll}d; good to super quality, medium to good omtchings, 4Jd to 7d; crossbred lock-, 4Jd to 6£d.
