Cameron, claim £2 17s Id, balance of account due, with costs (£2 14s) Henry John Hankinson v. Percy Edward Whittall, claim £l2 18s, for board and lodging, with costs (£2 14s). POSSESSION OF HOUSE. G. V. Percy, telegraphist, claimed from William Buchanan possession of a house at 78 Buocleugh street and £3 10s rent. — Mr W. L. Moore appeared for the plaintiff. —The Magistrate made an order granting plaintiff possession on January 21 and the amount of the rent claimed. Costs were fixed at £2 Is. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. C. and W. Hayward proceeded against Thomas Blaney on a judgment summons, claiming £3 8s 6d.—Defendant was ordered to pay the amount in weekly instalments of 7s 6d, in default three days’ imprisonment. The Dunedin branch of the New Zealand Federated Plumbers and Gasfitters’ Union proceeded against R. M. Ross for £4 6s, arrears of union fees. —Defendant was ordered to pay the amount, with costs (6s), in default seven days’ imprisonment.
