NEW SOUTH WALES ASSEMBLY. CONFLICT WITH COUNCIL. (Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.) SYDNEY, January 12. The Assembly, after debating the Parliamentary Electorates and Elections Amendment Bill, which was vitally amended by the Legislative Council, returned the Bill to the Council with the comment that the Council’s amendments were considered an interference with the Government and foreign to its policy.
