RIGOROUS PRESS CENSORSHIP. DRASTIC RESTRICTIONS ENFORCED. Association —By Telegraph—Copyright ROME, October 27. The- Government ha-s tightened the rigorous censorship of the press, and has dissolved the Managing Board of the Italian Press Association on the ground of certain acts aa well as other journalistic bodies. It has appointed three journalists to administer the association, and a Treasury official to administer the Journalists’ Provident Fund.—Reuter.
