A set cf games to "no known as the PanAfrican track and field championships will be held from May 12 to 22, 1927. The contests will bo under the supervision of the Egyptian Snorts Federation, the organisation which holds member-hip on the International Olympic Committee. All of Africa will take part. Entries already have* been received from Algeria, Morocco, Tunis, Tripoli. Belgian Congo, Abyssinia, Ethiopia, Somaliland, and Egypt. The British colonies of Southern Africa probably will not take part, as the distance they would have to travel to reach Alexandria is too great.
