F. M'Millan). Announcements of Births, Marriages, and Deaths sent by poet for publication must boar the signature of our agent, a clergyman, or a J.P. Charge for these, 3s each prepaid, or 4s if booked, when not exceeding five lines, and Gd for each line over five. "In llemoriam” notices are inserted at the same rates, but when verses are added an additional charge of 6d per line is made tor each line ol space occupied. Notices of Deaths and Private Interment without reference to either time or place of interment: prepaid 6s Gd, booked 6s 6d. Notices of Death and Funeral, cither where the funeral notice is a separate advertisment or is part ot the death notice: prepaid 9s, booked IDs. In computing the lines of space to bo occupied, advertisers are notified that they can reckon six words to the line. All words over 30 are, therefore, charged 6d for each six words. Notifications ot Births, Marriages, and Deaths appearing in the Daily Times are inserted also in the Witness without, additional charge. Advertisers are informed that letters addressed to a nom do plume or initials, care of any Post Office, will not in future bo received by the Postal Department
