Pres* Association —By Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, July-10., The question of the right to kill ii order to end hopeless suffering has for tin third time in a few months been answered in the affirmative by a French jury. The latest case is that of the widow of a siationmaster near Orleans, who was stricken by an incurable disease. The couple decided that they should die together. The wife built up a charcoal fire, sealed up the room and lay down td die by her husband’s side. Several hours later neighbours broke in just in time to save the woman, but the husband was dead. The woman was charged with murder, but the jury unanimously acquitted her. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
