INCOME TAX TO BE REDUCED. A £IOOO EXEMPTION. WASHINGTON, June 23 ._ The American income tax will again be reduced, according to President Coolidge's preliminary Budget announcement. The President said that he proposed to continue his policy of constructive economy, despite criticism by big business interests. The surplus for the nest fiscal year, said the President, would be £69,000,000, and taxes would virtually be removed from incomes below £IOOO a year.-
