Admiral Robinson, Chief of the Bureau of Engineering in the Navy, has been granted ins retirement as a rear-admiral, following the Teapot Dome decision. Admiral Robinson approved of the oil lenses granted by E. Denby and A. B. Vail (who were at the time Secretary of the Navy and Secretary of the Interior respectively), and has since been passed over three times when promotions were going round.—Sydney Sun Cable.
