HIS MAJESTY’S THEATRE.
“THE COUSIN FROM NOWHERE,” “The Cousin from Nowhere.” as presented by Miss Mario Burke and her company, is a mast attractive and enjoyable musical comedy. It is full of light and colour, and includes many musical numbers well worth hearing. The comedy element which pervades the play is most effective. In the part of Julia, the young heiress who has suddenly become free to control her own affairs, Miss Burke has a part, happily suited to her natural aptitude and talents.' Mr Noel Allan gives a manly interpretation of the leading male character, his singing being particularly good. Miss Floie Allan, as Freda, Julia’s friend, won great favour with the audience, and Mr Gns Bluett again showed himself as a comodiun of skill and resource. The dancing introduced into the. piece reaches a verv high standard. "The Cousin from Nowhere” will be presented for the last time this evening.
