TWO POSITIVE CARES. Tim District Medical Officer of Health reported last evening that the case of suspected infantile paralysis that originated at Palmerston early this week—a girl of three years—has been found to bo positive l , and the case admitted to the Dunedin Hospital from Merton—-a boy infant—has also been found to be positive. No fresh cases were reported yesterday in the Otago and Southland districts.
