(Received June 11, at 10 p.m.) Under the new military scheme which comes into operation in July next tho citizens’ force at present numbering 35,000 will bo increased to 50,000. ANOTHER FLOOD THREAT. SYDNEY, June 11. (Received Juno 11, at 10 p.m.) The Murrurobidgee is again rising and serious floods are expected in the Hay district.
