In tho Supreme Court Hugh Griffiths Parry was sentenced to live years’ reformative treatment on each of live charges of indecent assaults on males, the sentences to bo concurrent. , HAMILTON. Juno 10. At the Supreme Court Charles Tuhi, a Native, for stealing a horse, was ordered reformative treatment for 12 months. Reginald Sumner, for breaking, entering, and theft, was admitted to probation for two yours. Joseph Wilson, for breaking, entering, and theft, was given two years' reformative treatment, James Thomas, charged with fraud by moans of a cheque, was found not guilty. Tat Clancy was charged with stealing a watch and chain from a sleeping passenger at tho Frunkton railway station. Tho jury failed to agree and a new trial was ordered.
