Tlie defeated members of the old Assembly, up to the present, include eight Nationalists, one Labourite, and Dr Fallon (Democrat). The Cabinet will meet to-day to considea - the situation. IP is rumoured that an early resignation is likely. DECISION OF CABINET. PREPARED TO MEET THE HOUSE. SYDNEY June 9. (Received June 9, at 10.30 p.m.) Cabinet has decided that unless Labour secures a majority of three or four the Nationalist Government will meet Parliament and take a defeat in the House.
