I—There 1 —There is no place in the world whore any restriction of the kind which you suggest is in operation, except in the case of streets that are 'so narrow that they are classified as "one-way roads," and it is impossible to suppose that the City Council would look favourably on a proposal that motor traffic should pass one way only in thoroughfares like Princes and George streets.
