(Received June 7, at 5.5 p.m.) At the Stadium Harry Collins defeated Tommy Uren in the fifth round for the middle-weight championship of Australia. The end was not expected, as at the time Ureu was ahead on points. Towards the end of the round Collins hooked a heavy left to the temple. Uren fell just as the gong sounded. He was unable to resume and the towel was skied. ____________
