“PEACE WITH ALL STATES.” THE COMMUNIST MENACE. , LONDON, May ,19. , The Bulgarian Foreign Minister, Colonel Christo Kaloff, after visiting Mr Austen Chamberlain at the Foreign Office, made a statement to The Times in which he defined Bulgaria’s aims. These, he said, were concentrated on peace. Bulgaria, the correspondent added/ desired a complete entente with all States, especially her immediate neighbours, thereby facilitating the country’s moral and economic revival. In these aims Bulgaria hoped to obtain the moral support and friendly assistance of the Great Powers. Colonel Kaloff reported in detail to the British Foreign Secretary regarding , the present situation in Bulgaria, • emphasising that as soon as the Communist menace dirf appeared the Government would, without delay, reduce the forces to the exact Peace Treaty limits.
