PETERBOROUGH TRAGEDY
CORONER’S VERDICT. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, May 8. At the inquest on Vlachos the coroner returned a verdict that Vlachos died S’om injuries caused by Benetos and Tsontos, / and that they murdered Vlachos.
A revolting murder was reported from Peterborough on April 14. The body of a Greek named Joanes Vlachos was found buried in a quarry wth his throat gashed and his 'heart cut out. A f.ew days later the police arrested Araxtotlis Benetos, •who had in his possession a number of cheque^' and papers inscribed 'with the name of Vlachos. Nicholas Tsontos was arrested later. '
