(Received April 27, at 5.5 p.m.) Tearing the trial at a Polish Court of 76 Communists and terrorist agents who were proved to have received subsidies from the Soviet Legation at Warsaw M. Hofmokl, defending counsel for two of the Communists, suddenly whipped 1 out a revolver and fired six shots at a Polish Lieutenant who was a witness for the prosecution. During the ensuing disturbance the accused tried to escape but the police and the witness prevented them. M. Hofmdkl was arrested.—Reuter.
