BROWNLIE AND EDWARDS INCIDENTS. IMPERIAL ADVISORY BOARD. LONDON, February 14. The New Zealand Union will deal with the report referring to Cyril Brownlie. Tho report of the Imperial Rugby Conference was received and discussed. Instructions wore given to the representatives on the'lnternational Board regarding various changes suggested in tho existing rules. It was decided to call a meeting of the Imperial Advisory Board on a date to bo mutually agreed upon between the Home unions, New Zealand.
