Growers are notified that wool Is received for sale subject to all lawful regulations and conditions governing the trade. Brokers are not liable _ for loss arising directly or indirectly (owing to restrictions of lots and catalogues) from tho wool not being put up for sale at the first or any subsequent sale. Owing to limitation of lots at the above | sales it will be necessary to increase tho numoor of bales per lot, necessitating increased intorlotting of small clips. | Three-bale lots may still_ bo included In main catalogues when offerings permit, but in the absence of definite instructions to the contrary at the time of consigning I wool, brokers reserve the right to group fhree-balo lota or under, or reclass if necessary. If not grouped, such lots are liable to be held over. Brokers also reserve the right to pool or bin clips of up to six bales where wool is sent in by growers to bo reclaased. No reserve will bo accepted on group lots, and any grower not wishing his odd bales grouped must notify his broker when forwarding his wool, in which case such bales will bo offered as “stars.” Growers are expressly notified that brokers’ charges do not cover loss or damage to wool while in store from fire caused by or in any way attributable to earthquake. All fire insurance policies and covers specially except liability on account of fire caused directly or indirectly by earthquake. If this_ risk is to bo covered special notification in writing. must bo given. ... They have earned a splendid reputation as good doing sheep wherever they have gone. New breeders wishing to secure picked sheep are recommended to attend this sale.
