(Received Nov. 28, at 7.30 p.m.) Forty-eight lives and 1500 fishing boats were lost m a storm on the Caspian Sea. Seven hundred fishing boats are reported to be still struggling to gain an exit from the ice. A special rescue expedition is being organised. —Reuter.
