ALLOCATION OF PRE-WAR DEBT’S. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 19. (Received Nov.' 19, at 11.20 p.m.) In connection with the allocation of Germany’s pre-war public debts in respect of transferred territories, the Reparations Commission has decided that Belgium’s share shall bo 640,609 gold marks; Danzig’s,' 5,763,729 gold marks; Czechoslovakia’s, 248,879 gold marks; Poland’s (for Upper Silesia), 1,750,361 gold marks; Poland's (for other territories), 17,121,453 gold marks. —Reuter.
