MAJOR ZANNI’S FLIGHT ABANDONED. TOKIO, November 3. Major Zanni, tho Argentinian airman, who left Amsterdai% on a flight around tho world on July 26, Iras abandoned tho attempt. De arrived at this decision after being informed that the ports of Potropavlovsk and Paramushiru were ice-bound, thus making it impossible to get ships there. He is hopeful, however, that he may bo able to continue his flight by a different route, and is awaiting a decision from home.—Reuter.
