FIRE IN REFUGE BARRACKS OVER 3,000 PERSONS HOMELESS. Praia AnMocGtioa—By Tolsgraph—CopyrlgM. TOKYO, October 30. (Received October 31, at 7.30 p.m.) Twenty-one persons were killed and 30 were injured as the result of a fire which this morning consumed over GOO barrack buildings housing refugees from the great earthquake. Three thousand seven hundred persons Are again homeless. Rescue work is proceeding.—Reuter.
