TURCO-IRAQ FRONTIER

DECISION OF' LEAGUE COUNCIL. NEUTRAL COMMISSION TO ARBITRATE. Pru* Association—By ToSsgtapi —Copyritfbl. BRUSSELS, October 29. _ (Received Oct. 30, at 5.5 p.m.' The decision, of the Council of the League of Nations to which the question of the status quo of the Turco-Iraq frontier was referred establishes a line by which the British give up the administration of a small tract, but do not evacuate anything, while the Turks evacuate some of the villages. No strategically important place is affected on either side. Both parties agreed to accept the decision of a neutral commission. Three members, headed by Count Telecri, the exHungarian Prime Minister, will proceed to Mosul at the earliest possible moment finally to settle the frontier to which this provisional line bears no relation.—Reuter.
