CABLEGRAM FROM ENGLAND. CREW INSTRUCTED TO PROCEED. Pmw Association—Bt Telegraph--^Copyrighi. SYDNEY, October 30. The steamer Volumnia is still held up at Fremantle. Information has been obtained that a member of the crew received a cablegram signed by the secretary of the British Seamen’s Union intimating that the crew were breaking the agreements signed at European porta, and that any dispute could be settled on their return to England through the National Maritime Board. It is understood that the cable insists upon the crew standing by the agreement entered into before the vessel cleared Europe for Australia. The captain of the vessel states that good discipline prevails among the crow, who are anxious to proceed on the voyage, but he stated that they are under instructions from the secretary of the Seamen’s Union at Fremantle.
