In addressing the Centre Party, Dr Marx demanded that Germany should be freed from military supervision, and that Germany’s colonies should be restored, thus enabling her to obtain raw materials in exchange for manufactured goods. Ho described Germany’s alleged responsibility for the war as a fairy tale. He expressed Germany’s willingness to co-operate in disarmament.—Reuter.
