Diplomatic circles in London have been informed from Coblenz that the German and Allied experts there have agreed to the withdrawal of certain pledges, including the abolition of Customs between occupied and unoccupied Germany, the taxes on coal and coal products, the export and import taxes, and the restoration of the control of the State forests to Germany. This constitutes pari of the gradual evacuation of the Ruhr promised at the Ixmdou Conference.—Renter. GERMAN REJOICING. LONDON, October 22. The Daily Mail’s Cologne correspondent says that when the French troops evacuated Mannheim Castle a horde of Germans entered, hoisted the Baden colours, and sang “Deutschland Über Alles."—Sydney Sun Cable.
